We hired Jon at HCUK Training to deliver a workshop on Building Teams and Culture after seeing him speak on numerous occasions at different external events. Jon delivered the session to a team of Managers and staff that was undergoing a huge change in culture and team ethics. Jon was fantastic from the start arriving early and speaking to team members so that he could really understand the feelings and attitudes and used examples in the presentation.  This really hit home with our staff and allowed Jon to break down the barriers and deliver a thought provoking session that increased our staff morale and allowed them to use mechanisms Jon introduced to deal with change.

I recently worked closely with Jon by way of delivering resilience training to our Customer Service Operations Centre team.  I found Jon passionate, a real natural when it come to delivering training material, and very engaging.  Our people really embraced the sessions they joined and Jon played a big part in why they were so on board.  8/10 of our people would recommend the course Jon ran to a colleague – they got a lot from the resilience session.
